1. Agreement

By purchasing or using AgentBoard ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. License

Each purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use AgentBoard on up to 2 (two) Mac computers that you own or control. You may not redistribute, sublicense, resell, or reverse-engineer the app.

3. Updates

Your license includes free updates for the current major version (v1.x). Future major versions may require a separate purchase at a discounted upgrade price.

4. Free Trial

AgentBoard offers a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required. After the trial period, a license purchase is required to continue using the app.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed by Creem (creem.io), which acts as the Merchant of Record. All sales are final. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the app, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a refund.

6. Disclaimer

AgentBoard is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The app monitors AI agent activity but does not control, modify, or interfere with agent behavior.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dmytro Virych shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
